Every Vietnamese person looking after us tried their very best to be hospitable and attentive under very difficult circumstances provided by their tour operators. “Transport was a regular car not a limousine bus. Not a problem except there was 4 pasengers all crammed up with the luggage. Not very nice for the price we paid. Company messaged us and told us not to worry about anything. That their driver speaks good english. It turned out that he didn’t speak one single world of english ln top on being late (1hour +).”
