“This was a very poor experience. We booked the limo because we wanted that special experience. When the driver arrived to our resort he first went to the wrong entrance and we had to wait 10 minutes for him to circle back around. Then he showed up in a Mercedes SUV and not the limo. He told me he had no idea I booked the limo but it was either him or no ride - so we got it. I messaged STP and said how disappointed we were and they responded that they were willing to “upgrade us for free to the Mercedes” or we would have to wait 45…”
