Review of Heathrow to London by private Mercedes, with flight monitoring, airport greeting, luggage help, WiFi, and clear waiting-time fees.
“Our driver was wonderful, the car beautiful, and service excellent. My only complaint is that we were charged for excessive (>1 hour) waiting time. Because our flight was international, we had to go through passport control, wait excessively long for baggage, and then go through customs. I would request a pick-up 45 minutes after expected landing time to avoid this extra charge.”
